You should be comfortable floating and moving in water, but no formal swim test is needed. If you can float and breathe through a snorkel, you're good to go.

Every diver must read and complete the SSI medical questionnaire before the pool session, it's a yes/no checklist on common conditions (asthma, heart, recent surgery, pregnancy, etc.). Most people answer 'no' to all and dive without any paperwork. If you answer 'yes' to any item, please print the form, get it signed by a doctor, and bring it on the day. 8 years for pool/lagoon version, 10 years for the open-water dive. Children dive with a 1:1 instructor and a parent waiver.

Your instructor stays within arm's reach the whole dive. Signal at any time, and you ascend together immediately. Most first-timers settle within the first 2–3 minutes.

Max 12m for any tier. Suzy's Wreck sits at 10–12m. The Coral Garden reef (DOUBLE only) is shallower at 6–10m.

Yes, DIVE and DOUBLE tiers both include the SSI Basic Diver Certificate (₹590 add-on for DIP). It's a recognition card, not a full diving licence; for that, look at SSI Open Water Diver.

We monitor sea conditions live. If the dive is called off, we reschedule for the next clear day at no extra cost. Pay-to-pass, not pay-to-date.
