Course overview

Extend your range to the recreational limit with the PADI Deep Diver specialty in Hurghada. The clear Red Sea reveals sharks and gorgonian fan corals that appear only on the deeper walls and drop-offs. Across four dives reaching as deep as 40 metres, you learn deep-dive planning, gas management and how to recognise and respond to nitrogen narcosis. You finish certified to dive to 40 metres, opening up Hurghada's deeper offshore terrain.

What you’ll learn

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 15
• PADI Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
• Comfort with buoyancy and gas monitoring
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Theory & first deep dives

   Cover deep-diving theory and planning, then complete the first two dives building depth on Red Sea walls.
2. Day2
   Depth & certification

   Complete dives toward the 40-metre limit with narcosis and gas-management exercises, then certify.
