The PADI Deep Diver specialty extends your limit to 40m and opens up Sharm El Sheikh's deeper sites, from the SS Thistlegorm's cargo holds to the walls of Ras Mohammed where the reef drops into the blue. Across four dives you learn to manage narcosis, gas planning and the colour shift at depth. It is the key to the Red Sea's deepest dive sites.
PADI delivers theory via eLearning and certifies you to the recreational maximum of 40m. The first dive can credit from the Advanced Open Water deep adventure dive.
Sharm has excellent deep diving on the steep walls of Ras Mohammed National Park and on the 30m-plus SS Thistlegorm wreck, where reef sharks and large pelagics appear in 20-30m visibility. The deep training dives reach sites few other destinations can match.
