Try scuba for the first time in Coron with the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, a guided introduction with no certification required. Under direct instructor supervision you breathe underwater and dive to a maximum of 12 metres, with a chance to see one of Coron's shallow WWII wrecks such as the Lusong Gunboat in warm 27-29C water. It is a good first taste of diving in Coron.
PADI Discover Scuba Diving is an introductory experience, not a certification. If you enjoy it, the skills you practise can often be credited toward the PADI Open Water Diver course when you continue with the same training system.
Discover Scuba uses sheltered, shallow sites near Coron. Calm warm 27-29C water and shallow wrecks such as the Lusong Gunboat, which sits between roughly 3 and 10 metres, make a safe and memorable first dive during the November-to-May season.
