Course overview

Fun dives in Alor let certified divers explore the archipelago's top sites without any course structure, from the wall at Bama to the macro slopes of Masjid Ampera. Usually run as a multi-dive day from the boat, they put you face to face with Alor's pelagics, sharks and dense macro life across drift and wall sites.

The PADI Fun Dives pathway

Fun dives require a recognised certification such as PADI Open Water Diver or higher. Guides match sites to your experience, and the current-prone outer sites are kept for Advanced-level and experienced divers.

Where you'll dive in Alor

Fun dives reach Alor's full menu, from Bama's wall and Munaseli's current-swept pelagic action to Halerman's steep wall, Goa Wolang's caverns and the muck slopes of Masjid Ampera and Pasir Merah, best dived in the April-to-November peak season.
