Guided fun dives let certified divers explore Netrani Island's reef off Karnataka's Murdeshwar coast. Each boat trip takes you over the island's clear waters, where barracuda, morays, turtles and dense reef-fish schools gather across depths from about 5 to 30 metres. Fun dives are the simplest way for certified divers to enjoy Netrani without coursework.
Fun dives are guided recreational dives for already-certified divers and carry no certification. Your dive depth follows the limits of your existing PADI (or equivalent) rating, with deeper sections reserved for Advanced-certified divers.
Fun dives run on the boat trips to Netrani Island from Murdeshwar. Moderate currents, depths from about 5 to 30 metres and schooling fish make for varied diving. The October-to-April peak season has the calmest seas and clearest water.
