The PADI Night Diver specialty on Tioman shows you a different reef after dark, when hunting moray eels, octopus and crustaceans emerge and the boulder gardens light up with bioluminescence. Across three night dives you learn to use lights, navigate in the dark and communicate at night while exploring Tioman's sheltered shore and reef sites.
PADI Night Diver is a recreational specialty that counts toward the Master Scuba Diver rating, and the first night dive can credit toward the Advanced Open Water Diver course.
Night dives use Tioman's calm, accessible shore and bay sites, where the warm 27-30C water and settled March-to-October conditions make for relaxed after-dark exploration of the boulder reefs and their nocturnal residents.
