The PADI Scuba Diver certification is a half-step to Open Water, qualifying you to dive to 12 metres under the supervision of a PADI professional, and it suits divers who are short on time in Fujairah. You complete the first knowledge and dive sections on the calm east-coast reefs around Snoopy Island and can later upgrade to full Open Water Diver.
