The PADI Wreck Diver specialty on Tioman teaches you to explore sunken ships and structures safely and methodically. Tioman's waters hold both old and new wrecks alongside its reefs, which gives the four specialty dives a real focus as you learn survey, navigation, penetration and line-laying techniques on genuine underwater wrecks.
PADI Wreck Diver is a recreational specialty that counts toward the Master Scuba Diver rating. Penetration training stays within recreational limits using continuous guidelines. Full overhead-environment diving requires technical training.
Tioman has both older and more recently sunk wrecks among its 20-plus dive sites, so the specialty dives take place on genuine structures within the marine park, best dived in the calm March-to-October season.
