Course overview

SSI Advanced Adventurer expands your diving across five adventure dives, letting you sample specialties and gain experience to 30 metres, and Fujairah's east coast gives you a good mix. You dive deeper sites toward Dibba and Musandam and practise navigation and night diving on the reefs at Dibba Rock, finishing more capable and confident.

What you’ll learn

• Experience five different SSI specialty areas in open water
• Dive deeper, toward the 30-metre recreational limit
• Navigate underwater with compass and natural references
• Refine buoyancy, trim and gas management at depth
• Choose specialties to continue toward Specialty Diver recognition

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (junior rating 10-14)
• SSI Open Water Diver or a qualifying certification from another agency
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician

   Deep & navigation

   Run the deep and navigation adventure dives at the Dibba/Musandam sites and sharpen your compass work.
2. Day2
   Three more adventures

   Sample three further specialties such as night or marine-life diving around Dibba Rock and Snoopy Island, then certify.
