SSI Scuba Diver covers the first portion of the Open Water Diver course. Certified Scuba Divers dive to 12 metres under professional supervision and can upgrade to full SSI Open Water Diver by completing the remaining academics and dives.
Training dives use the calm, shallow reefs around Mansuar Island. Gentle conditions and warm 27-30°C water suit early skill development away from the region's stronger currents.
