A steady stream of day-boat trips on the Egyptian Red Sea provides the volume of dives and real customers needed to develop genuine leadership skills. Guiding certified divers across local fringing reefs, dolphin houses and deeper drop-offs, you learn to plan, brief and lead dives independently while assisting instructors on courses. This is the SSI Divemaster certification, SSI's first professional leadership rating. SSI requires a recognised diver-experience track plus its Diver Stress & Rescue program, and the rating opens the path toward the SSI Dive Control Specialist and Instructor levels.
