SSI uses digital training, and you learn to plan and dive higher-oxygen blends that extend your no-decompression limits on the boat dives off Karnataka's Murdeshwar coast. You earn the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification, a good fit for divers who want longer dives among Netrani's fish schools.
SSI Enriched Air Nitrox is delivered through the SSI app and can be taken as a knowledge-only program or with optional dives. It certifies you to dive nitrox blends commonly up to 40 percent oxygen using SSI procedures, with deeper blends available through advanced ratings.
Nitrox is most rewarding on the deeper boat dives to Netrani Island. The reef reaches toward 30 metres, and the extended limits let you stay longer with the rays and fish schools. The dry, calm October-to-April window suits the course best.
