Course overview

Discover a different ocean after sunset with the SSI Night Diving specialty in Malta and Gozo. The islands' calm, clear shore sites make night diving approachable, and your torch reveals octopus, moray eels and cuttlefish that come alive in the dark. You earn the SSI Night Diving certification.

What you’ll learn

• Plan and conduct night dives with the right equipment

• Navigate and stay oriented in low visibility

• Manage night entries, exits and buddy procedures

• Minimum age 12
• SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent
• Medical clearance signed by a physician
