SSI's Diver Stress & Rescue course on Neil Island builds your ability to spot, prevent and manage diving emergencies in the island's gentle, low-traffic bays. The relaxed Andaman setting lets your instructor run repeatable scenarios until your responses become second nature.
SSI Diver Stress & Rescue focuses on preventing problems before they escalate, delivers theory free through the SSI digital app with performance-based repeatable sessions, and certifies with an SSI digital card.
Training uses Neil's sheltered reefs such as Coral Safari (5-20 m) and the shallows near Nemo Reef, where the calm November-May conditions and 27-30C water suit repeating scenarios. Deeper practice runs in the 18-30 m range.
