SSI Scuba Diver is a recognised entry-level rating allowing supervised dives to 12 metres. It upgrades directly to SSI Open Water Diver once you complete the remaining academics and open-water dives.
Training uses Gili Trawangan's sheltered, shallow reefs where 27-29°C water and calm conditions help new divers reach 12 metres comfortably among turtles and reef fish.
