Course overview

The SSI Scuba Diver course on Tioman is a streamlined entry-level certification, ideal if you have limited time, getting you diving under professional supervision in the warm, calm water of this UNESCO marine-park island. You complete the core training and dives to a maximum of 12 metres, with a direct path to upgrade to full Open Water Diver.

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Theory and confined water

   Complete the Scuba Diver academic modules and confined-water skills in a calm Tioman bay.
2. Day2
   Open-water dives

   Supervised open-water dives to a maximum of 12 metres on a shallow Tioman reef, then certify.
