Course overview

SSI Wreck Diving prepares you to evaluate, plan and execute non-penetration dives on Sharm El Sheikh's wrecks, led by the WWII SS Thistlegorm at around 30m. Over two dives you build the confidence and judgement to read a wreck and dive it safely. The Red Sea's clarity and preserved cargo make it an ideal place to learn wreck diving.

Where you'll dive in Sharm El Sheikh

The SS Thistlegorm, a WWII cargo wreck lying around 30m, is the Red Sea's most celebrated wreck, while shallower structures near Sharm ease you in. Good 20-30m visibility helps you survey and orient around the steel.
