The Mares Power Plana LT takes the brand's XR technical-diving fin and rebuilds it in a lighter, travel-friendly form. It is moulded from a flexible TPV material that gives strong propulsion while reducing the leg fatigue that builds up over longer technical dives.

The fin is tuned for control. It handles every kick style and does especially well with the frog kick that technical and cave divers use to stay precise and stir up as little silt as possible. The foot pocket joins directly to the blade, which cuts down on loose material and lowers the entanglement risk.

A wide-loop spring strap makes the fin easy to put on and take off, even with thick gloves, and several strap mounting positions let you set the fit for dry boots or wet booties.
