Earn your PADI Open Water Diver certification in Komodo and qualify to dive independently to 18 metres anywhere in the world, trained in one of Indonesia's most spectacular marine parks. You build core skills in calm, sheltered water before applying them on gentle reef sites like Siaba Besar, where turtles cruise the shallows. You finish a certified diver ready for a lifetime of adventures.
PADI Open Water Diver is the world's most popular entry-level scuba certification, qualifying you to dive to 18 metres with a buddy. It is the foundation for the Advanced Open Water course and all continuing education.
Training takes place in sheltered, low-current corners of the Komodo National Park such as Siaba Besar, the turtle highway, chosen for gentle conditions during the calm April-to-November season while you build confidence.
