The PADI Wreck Diver specialty in Alor teaches you to explore sunken structures safely: how to map, survey and penetrate wrecks with proper lines and lights. Across four dives you build the techniques to dive Alor's wreck and structure sites responsibly while respecting the strong currents that run through the archipelago.
The PADI Wreck Diver specialty counts toward the Master Scuba Diver rating and can credit toward Advanced Open Water as an adventure dive. Penetration diving requires the full specialty and proper training.
Wreck training uses Alor's submerged structures and wreck sites, where steady conditions matter, so dives are planned around the calmer windows of the April-to-November season and timed to minimise current on the wreck.
