The SSI Wreck Diving specialty in Alor builds the skills to explore sunken structures safely, from surveying and mapping to controlled line work. Over several dives you develop the techniques to dive Alor's wreck and structure sites with confidence while respecting the archipelago's strong currents.
SSI Wreck Diving is a recognised specialty delivered through the SSI digital platform and counts toward the SSI Specialty Diver and Master Diver recognition ratings. Training emphasises survey and orientation within recreational limits.
Wreck dives use Alor's submerged structures, planned for the calmer windows of the April-to-November season and timed to minimise current, so you can focus on mapping and orientation skills.
