Course overview

Build toward Coron's deeper wrecks with the SSI Advanced Adventurer programme, which lets you sample five different specialty dives and extends your depth limit to 30 metres. In warm 27-29C water you explore sites such as the Olympia Maru and Kogyo Maru and try deep, navigation and wreck adventure dives. You finish a more versatile diver, ready for Coron's signature shipwrecks.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age 12 (junior considerations) or 15 for standard certification
• SSI Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
• Diver medical clearance signed by a physician
• Comfortable with core open-water skills

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1
   Deep & navigation

   Complete the SSI digital theory, then the deep adventure dive to 30m and the navigation dive on sites such as the Olympia Maru.
2. Day2
   Elective adventures

   Make three further adventure dives, commonly wreck or buoyancy, on Coron's wrecks and reefs, then certify.
