SSI Advanced Adventurer is completed by finishing five specialty adventure dives through the MySSI system. Each dive counts as the first dive of the matching SSI specialty, so you can continue toward full specialty ratings.
Adventure dives use the boat-accessed reefs off Malvan and the sheltered bay near Sindhudurg Fort. The water is warm at 26-29C, and in the post-monsoon October-to-May season the Konkan coast stays calm and clear, which makes the deep and navigation dives straightforward and relaxed.
