SSI Advanced Adventurer builds on your Open Water certification with five adventure dives that introduce new skills and take you toward 30 metres, a strong fit across Trincomalee's reefs and wrecks. You sample specialties such as Deep, Navigation, Wreck and Night around Pigeon Island Marine Park and the deeper sites near Swami Rock, earning the SSI Advanced Adventurer rating.
SSI Advanced Adventurer earns credit toward full specialty courses and is the prerequisite for SSI Diver Stress & Rescue. Each adventure dive can later be completed into a full SSI specialty.
Adventure dives span the Pigeon Island Marine Park reefs, the deeper rocky sites near Swami Rock and Trincomalee's wrecks. With the calm May-to-September window, with April and October still diveable on either side, conditions stay reliable.
