SSI Open Water Diver is a globally recognised entry-level certification delivered through the SSI digital learning system, qualifying you to dive to 18 metres with a buddy. Academics can be finished before arrival via the SSI app.
Confined-water training uses Bangaram's calm lagoon and the four open-water dives take place on the shallow coral reefs, where clear, warm, gentle conditions in the October-to-May season are ideal for new divers.
