SSI's Stress & Rescue puts a strong emphasis on stress prevention, uses free digital materials with repeatable skill circuits, requires React Right, and is issued as an SSI digital card.
Training uses Cozumel's sheltered Cielo and Paradise reefs for skill circuits, then progresses to gentle-drift sites near Columbia Reef for scenarios. Consistent 30 m visibility makes it easy to locate a 'missing' diver during search drills.
