The SSI Wreck Diving specialty explores the lava-shaped structure of Mauritius's west coast out of Flic-en-Flac. Across your training dives you master mapping, line work and silt-conscious technique so you can dive wrecks and structured sites safely to 30 metres. The SSI digital syllabus lets you complete the theory before you arrive and spend your holiday in the water.
SSI Wreck Diving is delivered through the SSI digital platform, so you can study in advance, and it counts toward SSI Specialty Diver recognition. The certification is stored in the SSI app.
The Flic-en-Flac coast sits on an ancient lava-flow seabed with caverns and swim-throughs, and the settled November-to-April season gives the calm seas and visibility that make structure and wreck dives most enjoyable.
